2. Orders & Confirmation

Once you place an order, our team will verify your details via phone call or message to ensure accuracy. Orders are only processed after confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information
  • Suspicious or fake orders
  • Product unavailability

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Customers are required to pay the full amount to the courier upon delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Remote area locations

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in tracking your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns or replacements only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with proof (images or videos).

Note: Change of mind or used products are not eligible for return.
